I bet you’ve already heard about Jon Leger’s 3WayLinks network, been sent to their sales page but weren’t sure if the 3WayLinks was just another scam or your true SEO savior, right?

You see, I’ve always been a big fan of automation traffic generation solutions to develop my online business. When I first heard about this 3WayLinks network, I was instantly skeptical just like you because there are too many link farm networks out there that are trying to spam the search engines.

After read some excellent SEO articles on Jonathan’s blog, I was convinced that Jon’s a cool guy that really authoritative in SEO field and actually know well what he’s doing, I signed up 3WayLinks and gave it a try.

After five months of testing, I can finally say that 3WayLinks.net is a reliable SEO network which actually delivers on what it promises. It does actually help you achieve top ten rankings in Google.

I’m not going to talk about how Jon’s 3WayLinks network works here (you can learn about it on his website) - I’m sharing with you my own results here so you have some cold-hard facts to help you decide if it’s worth it for you.

I set up a blog that just dedicated to promote one Clickbank product on the site and then plug the site in the 3WayLinks network aimed to rank 3 very targeted product related keywords.

You wanna see the result?

Traffic in April: 155 unique visitors

Clickbank Sales in April: one sale for $22.84

Traffic in April: 216 unique visitors

Clickbank Sales in April: 2 sale for $45.68

Traffic in April: 309 unique visitors

Clickbank Sales in April: 3 sale for $92.12

All the work I did for that wordpress blog is putting some review articles on the blog, choosing 3 keywords and plugging it to the network. That was no more than 5 hours of work and after that everything was completely automated.

I also found it sometimes takes more than 5 months to get your keywords to full ranked in Google so you should be patient and the most important part of getting the results is choosing your keywords wisely.

Let’s do a match here:

With 3WayLinks, you can rank 50 of your web sites in Google with one account.

If you invest $47 every month in 3WayLinks starting now, after 6 months your little product review site just like mine is getting 600 visitors a month and earns you a reasonable $200 per month.

You set up 50 sites and put all them into the network. $200 times 50 is $10,000 per month on auto-pilot.

Isn’t it worth $47 per month?

And what if I can have Jon to give you a lifetime 3WayLinks discount?

Now you can lock in your access at the ridiculously low price of $37/month plus my private bonus buster package, instead of paying the normal $47 a month: (I’m even paying $47 a month to the membership myself!)

Even if you only get one little site ranked well enough just to earn $5 per day from Google AdSense, you will have already achieved a 300% monthly return on your investment.

Chances you may get some winner sites that one can earn you more than $500 to $1000 per month. Multiply that by a few dozens sites you put in the network and… well, you get the idea.

The Conclusion: 3WayLinks is one of the best deals that I’ve ever seen. Now I have 10 of my sites plugged into the network and rank well for almost all of them. And if you just want a traffic system that set and forget, then I would give a big thumbs up for Jon’s 3WayLinks. Checkout my link below to get your high value bonus buster package

5 Public Speaking Career and Business Tips

Aug 12, 2008 Author: James Malinchak | Filed under: Guerrilla Marketing
by James Malinchak

You are not in the speaking business! Instead you are in the business of marketing your speaking services. Your public speaking business will take off when you use not only your talent or message but also you learn to become a first rate marketer.

Early in my motivational speaking career, I would see mediocre speakers get public speaking jobs that even I couldn’t obtain. Worse yet, I would see these speakers get job after job while I scratched my head. I had a friend, John and I’ll tell you that he was a great speaker - one of the best. Unfortunately, he didn’t last too long in public speaking. He said that he couldn’t figure out how to get bookings for motivational speaking and was not making enough money to support his family. I started to wonder what these other guys were doing that John and I weren’t. Today, I know one thing. I make a ton of money in my motivational speaking career not because I’m a great speaker, but because I am a great marketer. Here are some tips to help you do just that.

1) The first thing to remember when starting a motivational speaking business is to fill your bank account instead of filling your ego. Have the mindset to go after jobs that put money in your pocket instead of focusing on fame and stardom. Believe me. If you do enough seminars and speaking engagements, fame and stardom is inevitable in your motivational speaking career.

2) You need to teach people how to give you money. The hosts and conference planners don’t always know what you need or want. Their main goal is to put on an amazing conference or seminar and it’s guaranteed that they aren’t focused on putting money in your pocket. Because of that very reason you need to teach people how to give you money. Show the conference planner how they can give the book for free by including the price of it in the registration fee or you could pre-sell you book. Or you can pre-sell merchandise and offer back o the room merchandise. Don’t ever be afraid to go after the big money.

3) One idea can make all the difference. If you’re wondering how to make money with motivational speaking, know that one idea is all you really need to get started. Do different things to help you generate the ideas you need and then be prepared to take action on them.

4) You should never stop learning. Learn multiple proven, contested formulas that will attract unlimited and continuous wealth so that you can live stress free and live exactly how you want to live each and every day. Instead of just working right, you need to work smart. Learn to use strategies that work instead of trying to work with get-rich-quick schemes that end up disastrously.

5) You should constantly be marketing, marketing, marketing. You can’t get a professional speaking job if no one knows you. As simple as this sounds, often you’ll find people who claim they never advertise or self-promote. I think not marketing yourself is the comparable to shooting yourself in the foot.

With these motivational speaking tips applied in your public speaking career, your business will reach the public speaking success you’ve always desired. Use these tips today.

Many Trade Show Fails For These 6 Reasons

Aug 12, 2008 Author: dexter | Filed under: Advertising
by dexter

Conventions and trade shows are great events where exhibitors have the opportunity to display or show their new product or just enhance their image. Some exhibitors get really disappointed about the results of their trade show and vow never to exhibit again. The reasons for this are simply. The returns were not what they expected. Many reasons can certainly contribute to this, but they can all be avoided.

Some of the main reasons for failures are as follows: The exhibitor did no preshow marketing: word of caution, never exhibit at any trade show without doing preshow marketing. Do not just rely on foot traffic at the show alone, help it along. Attendees are looking for certain companies. They know of these companies through preshow marketing.

The next reason for failure is that your trade show booth is not up to par: You have to show up to a trade shows ready to do business. Your trade show booth should look the part. In other words make sure your booth is attractive and well suited for the environment. It should not just be attractive but it should attract attendees to your product.

Reason three, your company used no promotional l material: You show up to the show without any promotional material, this is a no no. Your promotional material should well thought-out; it should be DVD, Brochure or some sort of promotional items educating attendees about your company and products. How else will someone remember your company and or your product?

Improperly trained staff can also be a major factor as to why your trade show was not successful. Your booth staff should be very professional and very in turn with your product and your company. They should be well educated with all products and services you provide.

Lack of promotional give-away item can also be a determining factor why your trade show was unsuccessful. Attendees love to receive fee items, especially if they can use it in some way or another. It should relate to your product and have your contact information on it. Mouse pads were hot items at computer shows years ago. Choose something that relates to your product and make it useful

Lack of lead follow ups are also another factor that can make a trade show seem bad. Always follow up on trade show leads in a timely manner. Never just expect a potential client to call you first. These leads are the ones that turn into sales.

I certainly can understand if attendance was down at the show, but yet if done correct your company should be able to leave that show or event with some sort of leads. Your product should have been seen. If Pepsi Cola enters the auto show and never gave away anything, had no promotional items, I am certain they would not be a splash at that event. Any trade show you enter you should be able to leave an impression about your company.

by Eugene Walker

How would you like your next DVD player to include a full blown karaoke machine, also called a karaoke player, inside? And what if this machine also carried the largest collection in the world of karaoke songs inside it? Does this sound to you like the stuff dreams are made of?

I have some great news for you! Not only did someone dream this stuff up, but they made it happen in the newest model of the ever-popular SongStation Karaoke Machine!

The SongStation Karaoke Machine looks just like a silver slim-line DVD player. It hooks up to your entertainment system in five minutes. Once you have it plugged into your TV and pick up the handy remote control, you begin to realize it is oh-so-much-more! It’s a DVD player, karaoke player, and CD player all in one, making your entertainment system more entertaining than ever!

Let’s look at the karaoke player itself. The SongStation Karaoke Machine plays every kind of karaoke disk out there. So if you already have a collection of karaoke disks, you will still be able to use them with The SongStation. If you don’t have a collection of disks yet, don’t worry. You get a disk with your SongStation that contains 53,000 karaoke songs. Plus, it’s international. You get songs from countries around the world and in ten different languages.

Along with the songs, this karaoke player comes with a variety of great features. You can adjust the pitch, the key, and the tempo of your songs to better match your voice. You can play a song with the vocals to learn it, and then, with the click of a button, take the vocals off to sing karaoke style. The lyrics show up on your TV screen.

The SongStation Karaoke machine also comes with inputs for 2 microphones, so that you can enjoy duet karaoke. You can adjust the volume and the echo level on each microphone separately to better complement each singer’s voice.

Want to have a Karaoke Competition? With this karaoke player, you can preselect up to 99 songs for it to play, or you can use the already prefigured private compilation of 540 hit songs in nine categories. Your SongStation Karaoke Machine is programmed to score each performance on pitch control, correct tempo, consistency of tone and volume, and intonation.

You can also use this scoring feature to practice and improve your own karaoke singing! Amaze your friends with your performance! They will wonder what your secret is.

So, is this just a great karaoke player with a so-so DVD player and CD player? How do they stack up with the competition? You will be pleased to learn that these parts of The SongStation Karaoke machine are also full-featured and high quality! Your DVD player features Digital Dolby and Digital Theater sound for your listening enjoyment. Choose to listen to your audio in any of eight languages. For subtitles, you can choose from 32 different languages. You can zoom in on your favorite scenes, or watch them from several different angles. In addition, you can activate the Parental Lock function to keep your kids from watching inappropriate movies.

And last, but not least, it all comes with a 12 month warranty.

Wow! I was hard pressed to find a downside to mention in this review. The only possibility of a downside to The Songstation Karaoke machine is that the karaoke player does not have its own karaoke monitor. In other words, it is not a stand-alone player. You need to hook it up to a TV. But at this price and value, it is totally unbeatable!

Every so often we will cross paths with what I like to refer to as a customer service superstar. They are a breed apart from everyone else. We can never tell when we will have the honor of being served by one of these service superstars. They are in every type of organization and appear normal from all outside appearances. But be served by one of these superstars and we soon discover that they are head and shoulders above the rest.

So what is it that makes them so different to be bestowed with the title of a customer service superstar? Is there something that gives these people an edge when it comes to serving others? The very first thought that comes to mind in answering these questions is that customer service superstars have a way of making us feel valued. They give us the impression that we are the most important person in the world at while serving us. We also tend to walk away feeling like a VIP.

Customers soon recognize that these special people are living a life focused on others. This in turn makes each customer walk away feeling that the service was more than simply following a job description in order to receive a paycheck. If customer service superstars were to wear a tee shirt, the caption on the front would simply read, “It’s not about me.”

The superstars all have the gift of knowing how customers think and feel. They consistently offer a great customer experience because of their gift of empathy. Customers walk away feeling that the service was wonderful simply because of the way that they were made to feel. The memory of the service stays with these customers because they enjoyed how the service representative treated them. Let’s now reveal five secrets that every customer service superstar possesses:

1. Superstars have a positive frame of mind

The very first key in becoming a customer service superstar is to avoid a negative attitude. Every person who consistently offers outstanding service possesses a positive attitude. The two always go together. Their personality is attractive to others. This alone makes customers want to return. Because of their attractiveness, customers remember the experience in a more positive light. The inviting atmosphere created is a direct result of the positive attitude that these superstars display.

In reality, it is the customer’s perception of the service that truly counts. If they feel that the service was average, then it was average. Understanding this point will be a major benefit if we are to improve in the area of service. When we show ourselves to be positive, the perception of the service will always improve for the better.

2. The superstars are enthused about serving

How many times have you been served by a person who lacked enthusiasm? How did that make you feel? In all likelihood you probably walked away feeling that the product or service being provided was average or below average. The reason for this is that the halfhearted person serving you dampened the whole experience. This is the power of lackadaisical service. Enthusiasm has a way of making the service experience more worthwhile. As customer service representatives, our goal is to make the overall experience enjoyable for the customer. One way of doing this is to be excited to serve them. If our job is to assist others, then by all means make each person feel as if they were the most important person in the world.

3. The superstars know how to respond quickly

In order to keep up with our customer’s busy lifestyles, we need to serve in a manner that reflects efficiency. They want us to respect their time by taking care of their immediate needs in a way that conveys quickness and professionalism. Our goal is to show that we can be trusted by offering them service that expresses that we respect their time. By showing that we value our customer’s time, we are essentially building the trust needed to win them back in the near future. We will also consistently offer five-star service by being professional and serving in a manner that conveys that we respect their busy schedules.

We will always appreciate service where we feel that the person serving us respected our time. The best memories of five-star service will consistently convey efficiency during the transaction. The service representative gave the impression that our time was valuable and swiftly took great care to quickly meet our needs. Remember this little gem and your customers will walk away and remember the service as being outstanding!

4. The superstars serve with excellence

Another feature of customer service superstars is their ability to excel in their chosen profession. They desire to be their best on the job by giving their customers outstanding service. Their work ethic stands out because of the motivation to perform at a higher level. These superstars do not need to be motivated from the outside. Their inspiration is driven from within.

I am always impressed when I watch a customer service superstar on stage performing for his or her customers. The one feature that is consistently projected by these superstars is their ability to give 100% to each customer.

5. The superstars are attentive

Comparable to responding quickly, being attentive conveys to our customers that we care about meeting their needs. If we reflect on the memorable moments of receiving excellent service, we will find that the person serving us was most attentive. They made us feel that we were the most important person in the world simply because they paid attention to meeting our needs. Remember that vast majority of customers enjoy playing the role of a customer simply because of the anticipated attention they are hoping to receive.

Implement these five important traits into your training and watch your service improve instantly. Not only will your team begin to shine like service superstars, but your customers will want to come back simply because of the exceptional experience that was offered!

Each one of us is continually given the role of being the customer throughout our lives. We become acquainted with playing the customer and having others wait on us. No matter where we are at, we are always taking on the role of being the customer and having others serve us. Think about this past week and I am sure that we will discover just how many times that we have been the customer.

As we reflect on the hundreds of experiences that we have played in the role as the customer, we will also discover that some people offer us a better customer service experience than others. What will will also discover is that service in America is typically average. There will be those memorable moments when we have been served and given an excellent customer service experience. But on average, the memories that we have had as a customer is uneventful and soon forgotten.

In order to offer an excellent service experience, the person responsible for serving must genuinely care about the customer. If a service representative is simple working for a paycheck and not serving from a sincere and caring heart, the service will more than likely be perceived as average and quickly forgotten. Here’s an important point to remember:

“Providing five-star service can only happen when we genuinely care about exceeding our customer’s needs. Without caring about our customer, the service being provided simply becomes an act of following a job description.”

When we sincerely desire to make the experience for the customer as memorable as possible, he or she will remember our service in a positive way. Customers will also see our service as excellent when they feel that we wanted their experience to be as pleasant as possible This is serving with the right intentions. Let’s now consider four simple tips to show our customers that we care.

1. Five-star service is being courteous

Being courteous to our customers should be a given for every customer service representative. It would seem only logical that anyone who is working out in front with customers would be hospitable. It only takes one employee to sink a business if he or she is consistently being inconsiderate to customers.

2. Five-star service is displaying urgency

The next key in providing excellent service is to show our customers that their needs demand a sense of urgency. By this I mean that we respect our customers by seeing their request as important and give them the positive impression that we will quickly take care of it. We need to consider each request as a pressing matter that should be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner.

3. Five-star service is from the heart

Customers will perceive our service as outstanding when we include what I like to call the human touch. When our customers sense that we care about them, they automatically will rate our service higher. Creating a successful service experience will only happen when we reach out and communicate by our actions that we care.

4. Five-star service involves a team effort

The sky truly is the limit when an organization has a team that is passionate about creating great service. This is because each team member plays a key role in how well the service will be perceived. It is important to understand that every employee is a reflection of not only the organization, but also of each other. In order to provide five-star service, we must first start by creating a team that is excited to serve.

The superstars of customer service have a secret that makes people come back time and again. They simply show each customer that they are enthused to have the opportunity to serve them! This feature will go a long way in making our customers feel like VIP’s. It is also imperative to remember that a lack of enthusiasm can have the opposite effect.

Giving five-star service happens when we have caught the vision of the importance of how we treat others. By enjoying the process of helping others, we begin to make a positive step in giving great customer service. One of the best qualities an organization can have is when the team enjoys serving others. When we capture a service-minded mentality, our occupation becomes less of a job and more of a profession.

Money - Are You Making Money To Spend Friviously?

Aug 11, 2008 Author: Tina T Willer | Filed under: Sales & Networking
by Tina T Willer

When you are making money, does it slip through your fingers almost as quickly as you make it? Do you buy things on sale even when you don’t need them? See just how impulsive you are. Be truthful:

1.) Does your spouse or partner complain that you spend too much money?

2.) Do you carry a month-to-month balance on your credit cards?

3.) Is your closet jammed with clothes you don’t wear or wear infrequently?

4.) Do you own electronics you use infrequently?

5.) Do you buy things you didn’t know you wanted until you saw them on display in a store?

If you answered “yes” to any two of the above questions, you are an impulse spender. It would be wise to indulge yourself in retail therapy. This sounds like a joke, but impulse spending is a terrible habit, and can be hard to break. Many times we impulse spend, unfortunately, without knowing it.

Always put away a portion of your check into savings. Budgeting and setting money goals will help tremendously. Set a limit and budget on how much you will spend monthly on necessities, such as food, transportation and shelter and luxuries, such as another pair of black dress shoes.

Impulse spending will not only put a strain on your finances but your relationships, as well. To overcome the problem, the first thing to do is learn to separate your needs from your wants. One “want”, we splurged on for the children was a popular Nintendo game set. However, this was only after our monthly needs and savings had been satisfied.

We are not to blame for this habit we have acquired. Some messages are subliminal, and we are constantly being bombarded from every direction with ads telling and showing us how, where and what we should spend our money on to “keep up with society.” I cannot write this enough, always give yourself a minute or more to think about purchasing an unplanned item.

Cut up your credit cards if this will deter you from impulse spending. You can always get them back after you have cured yourself of this habit. Always make a list and check it twice when you are going shopping.

Take it from one who know firsthand, impulsive spending is not good. It can easily destroy your finances, if you allow it to. It can be a terrible addiction, like sugar or food, and just like a food or sugar addiction, it can be cured, with some amount of smart work. Please don’t take your impulsive spending lightly. Put together a plan, TODAY, to stop it. Both your wallet and your relationships will thank you for it.

Tips to Follow before Buying Links.

Aug 10, 2008 Author: Mark Hall | Filed under: Search Engine Optimization
by Mark Hall

wide links may seem to possess a lot of potential, but in reality this strategy is not all it is cracked up to be. For example, if there are ten thousand pages in a site, there could be an equal number of backlinks. The point is that Google overlooks the large number of links which are originating from the same site. All the ten thousand backlinks may not be taken into account, limiting your expected returns.

Other methods of buying backlinks include article and directory submission as well as from blog networks. You should not buy five different directory submission services, because they probably submit to the exact same sites. Only after doing some intensive research would you be able to find out the best deal going in directory submissions. A thousand directory submissions means that you have struck a magnum deal.

When it concerns article submission you have to ascertain that you are not buying services where submissions are made to the same directories and it is best to check out a list or sample of the directories. Once again, a deal where they submit to a thousand article directories is great. You need not continue with your research for a better deal, as it could mean back-breaking work.

When you buy backlinks a whole lot of links would be aimed at your site. It is surely a grand thing to happen but you have to make sure that you use different anchor texts. Produce six to eight permutations and combinations with all your main key words and use them at once. Variations would involve choosing the keywords and creating new key words out of it, retaining the main keyword. You do not have to take it in all earnestness, just ensure that the words are changed at times. Another important thing to look for when buying backlinks on a network of blogs is that the blogs are not on the same IP address. No pageranks hardly matters but they must be indexed.

Certain deals consist of purchasing links from high pagerank websites, but these are usually more expensive. It makes no business sense in getting into such deals if your budget can not accommodate it, but if you buy several links from zero to low pagerank sites, it could be worth the effort. The most that is expected of you is to ensure that the sites are indexed.
